ROOIBOS CREME BRULEE

Materials-))
1. 200 gram granulated sugar
2. 3 egg yolks
3. 2 Rooibos tea bags
4. 250 ml of warm cream
5. granulated sugar for topping

How to cook-))
1. Beat egg yolks until mixed with sugar (set aside)
2. selupkan tea in the warm cream until it changes color. pour into egg yolks. (shake it all up to the average)
3. heat on the fire to 3 minutes (stir until smooth)
4. pour into a heat resistant bowl.
5. sprinkle sugar on it until the sugar melts.
