PUDING SAUS STROBERI

Materials-))

1. 250 ml milk nonfot
2. 100 gram granulated sugar
3. 1 packet gelatin white
4. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
5. 3 eggs egg white
6. 100 Gram strawberries (puree)


Vanilla Sauce-))

1. 150 ml of liquid milk
2. 20 gram cornstarch
3. 50 gram granulated sugar
4. 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla

HOW TO COOK-))
1. simmer liquid milk. sugar and agar-agar (stirring until blended)
      before being appointed add lemon juice and strawberries

2. in separate containers: beat the egg whites. pour hot jelly
      into the beaten egg whites. (shake until blended)

3. prepared pudding mold. pour gelatin let harden

4. Vanilla Sauce: Mix all ingredients. stir until smooth (boil)
      sengan serve vanilla sauce
