Rice Vialone Nano With Reef Fish (Italy)



Materials -))

       1. 800 grams of rice, and cook until cooked
       2. 1 kg large size shells, take the meat, boiled until cooked
       1. 700 grams shrimp, cleaned, boiled until cooked
       2. 500 grams of green mussel
       3. 100 grams olive oil

Other ingredients -))

       1. 500 grams tomatoes, cut
       2. 100 grams onion
       3. 50 grams parsley leaves
       4. 100 grams olive oil
       5. 15 grams salt
       6. 5 grams pepper
       7. 1 / 2 gram of fish broth

Method:

      1. Mix rice with onion, fish broth, salt, and pepper, stir until the spices absorb.
      2. Add all shrimp, sliced tomatoes, clams, and mussels.
      3. Finally add the olive oil and parsley. ready to be served.
