French Fries
Material / material-))
1. 200 grams of potatoes, peel, (diced)
2. 1 clove garlic, keprek, (sliced thin)
3. 1 / 2 onions, sliced box
4. 1 egg
5. 1 tablespoon cooking oil
6. salt to taste
7. pepper / pepper powder to taste
How to cook-))
1. preheat the pan, put cooking oil
2. little by little until cooked and golden brown fries
3. creates an empty space in the middle of the pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant
4. stir to mix with the potato
5. add salt and pepper, stirring until smooth
6. add the eggs over the potatoes and stir
7. cook until done - pick up, serve with fried chicken and vegetables
