Caramel CREAM CARROT

Materials-))

1. 4 items egg white
2. 1 whole egg yolk
3. 200ml carrot juice
4. 400 ml fresh milk
5. 100 gram granulated sugar

1. 100 gram granulated sugar

  Caramel sauce-))

1. 50 gram granulated sugar
2. 2 tablespoons cornstarch. dissolve into
3. 250 ml of liquid milk
4. 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon rhum

How to cook-))

  1. Beat egg yolks and egg whites until blended. enter sari
       carrots. fresh milk and sugar stirring until blended.

2. heat the sugar becomes caramel.
     pour into cake mold. enter the egg mixture
     thereon.
     roasted with au bain marie method (put cup baking dish
     cake in a pan filled with water)

3. Caramel sauce, heat the sugar becomes caramel.
     enter the milk and salt. stir until blended. lift
     add the rhum. (mix) served with caramel sauce
