KIAM CHTE SOUP
Materials-))
1. 1500 ml water
2. 1 kg beef ribs (cut into pieces)
3. 200 grams of mustard sauce (cut into 4 cm)
4. 3 tomatoes (sliced)
5. 1 onion (sliced)
6. 2 pieces of ginger (sliced)
7. 5 pieces of garlic (sliced crosswise)
8. 1 tsp pepper powder
9. 1 tsp sugar
10. fried onions for topping
How to cook-))
1. boiled beef. sprinkle with ginger. pepper. salt and sugar and garlic.
cook until meat is tender (kaldunya filtered water resistant)
2. insert meat boiled water used. put onion and mustard sauce
3. prepare the food bowl. sprinkle with fried onions
