Materials-))
1. 10 pieces of fresh bread. 1 teaspoon instant bouillon
2. 2 tablespoons powdered milk (150 ml of water)
3. 1 tsp pepper (1 tsp salt)
4. 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
5. 2 egg yolks (lightly beaten)
6. 60 Gr cheese (grated)
how to cook-))
1. discard the edge of white bread (cut make a triangle)
2. mix milk and water. add instant broth. pepper. salt. melt butter and stir until blended egg yolks
3. take one slice of bread. basting the top with liquid ingredients until moist. sprinkle with grated cheese
4. oven with low heat or fried until golden brown
