KAASKROKETJES
Materials-))
1. 75 Gr butter
2. 100 Gr flour
3. 20 Gr chopped onion
4. 250 ml of fresh liquid milk
5. 30 Gr carrots (diced small)
6. 250 Gr mincemeat
7. 1 tablespoon chopped celery
8. 1 tsp nutmeg powder
9. 1 tsp pepper powder. 1 tsp fine salt
10. 50 Gr parmesan cheese (grated)
11. 1 egg (beaten)
12. 60 g boiled egg whites (small diced)
13. oil for mengoreng (to taste)
14. bottle chili sauce to complement
Materials PANIR-))
1. 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
2. 150 Gr PANIR flour
3. 150 Gr flour
How to cook-))
1. hot butter. saute onion. enter the flour mixture and cook briefly
add fresh milk (stirring constantly to avoid thicken)
2. input mincemeat. carrots celery. nutmeg. pepper and salt, stirring until thickened.
lift add cheese. stir eggs and boiled eggs.
3. shape dough while warm.
dredge in flour.
roll into the beaten eggs.
gulingkangulingkan PANIR again in flour.
fry until golden brown
4. Serve with chili sauce bottle as a complement
