Udon Noodles / Japanese Soup

1. (2 large servings)
2. 1 packet dried udon noodles
3. 1 / 2 cup Hontsuyu
4. 2 cups water (for soup)
5. 1 green onion, chopped
6. Nanami Togarashi

Boil 10 cups water in a deep cooking pot. Add dried udon noodles and cook for 7 minutes. Strain the water and rinse noodles with warm water. For udon soup, add hontsuyu and water in small saucepan and warm it. Enter Udon noodles in soup bowl, then pour the soup. Sprinkle with green onions, and serve. To Add Zest to embellish, you can Nanami Togarashi sprinkle over udon.
