Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken / Japanese Style
Teriyaki is only one sense in Japan but it became very popular in America, and we believe you will like this
prescription. Mirin is an essential element that gives rise to sense and create a glow from the sauce.
Materials-))
1. 2 chicken breasts
2. 2 tablespoons white wine or cooking sake
3. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
4. 4 tablespoons mirin
5. 2 tablespoons sugar
6. 1 glove garlic, chopped finely judged or
7. black pepper
method-))
Mix Sake, soy sauce, Mirin, sugar, and garlic in a bowl. Sprinkle pepper on the chicken, and marinate
chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat the wok and pour in 1 tablespoon
vegetable oil. Place chicken in a pan and fry them on med-low heat. Turn the chicken over to fry
both sides. Add sauce that the chicken was marinated in. Bring to a boil over low heat until the sauce becomes
thick. Cut chicken in strips, put on a plate with rice, and pour the pan sauce over chicken and serve.
