THICK VEGETEBLE SOUP BEAN CURD
1. tafu / know -) 225 grams (drained and chopped)
2. carrots -) 2 pieces (peeled thin)
3. potato -) 2 pieces (peeled and cut into thin strips)
4. bamboo shoots -) 1 small tin (100gram)
5. shitake mushrooms -) 6 units (split 4)
6. radish -) 1 medium fruit (50gram)
7. vegetable oil) 4 a meal sendo
8. red miso-) 4 tablespoons
9. dashi 11 -) 900ml
10. -salt) to taste
How to make a-))
1. miyak heat. input into a vegetable stir until brown
2. move kepanci vegetables and add dashi. boil until boiling input know
3. take a little water into a soup bowl and add the miso mix well
4. input miso mixture into soup and simmer until almost boiling
5. Soup is ready to serve d
