1. water -) 1.75 liter
2. kanbo seaweed -) 10 Gram
3. bonita flakes -) 2 tablespoons

How to make a-))

1. enter konbu seaweed and bonito flakes 1 tablespoon into the boiling water and  cook until
2. then reduce the heat and cook approximately 20 minutes  (until broth is reduced)
3. bonito enter flaker and filtered with a cloth
