Sayur Pock choy

Material-)

- 200 Gram Pock choy cut clean
- Mushrooms 5 Gram (1 fruit), hot water soak 10 minutes drain
- Garlic 1 piece. Crushed
- ¼ tablespoon salt
- Pepper ¼ tablespoon
- Chicken powder (diamond broth) 1 tablespoon
- ½ tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Flour corn (maize flour) 1sdm dissolved with 5 tablespoons water

How to make a-)

 
- stir-fry all the ingredients (just ½ minutes) pour the cornstarch solution
- water to boil pock choy should be given a little vegetable oil for vegetable looks shiny
