Shepherd's pie

big potato. peeled and split in two:: 3buah
Margarine or butter: 2 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper to taste

Milk:: 100cc
Fry 1 tablespoon oil
1 onion chopped Bomboy at:: 1 pc
Ground beef:: 400Gram
Wartel basar. Scar:: 1 pc
thyme:: 1 tablespoon
peterselly. finely chopped:: 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic:: to taste
Salt and pepper to taste:: to taste
soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

    1. Boil potatoes in water mixed with a little salt until cooked.
2. drain of excess water. add the margarine / butter. milk. salt. & pepper. crushed potatoes. knead to form smooth mixture.
3. heat oil until hot. Sauté onion until fragrant. input ground beef. then paruten wartel. thyme. perterseli. garlic salt & pepper cook 5 minutes longer season with soy sauce, toss well
4. preheat oven to 375 Celsius
5. coat pie dish (pie plates) with oil. rub / spread mix the meat until evenly distributed. dab / Spread potatoes to cover the ivory. garnish with a fork patterns
6. bake 30 minutes until cooked. serve

Preparation time: 50 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
