Baked kakap with herbs

Snapper fillets:: 150GRAM
Salt:: 5Gram
Pepper:: 1gram
Paprika powder:: 1gram
Marjoram
Thyme::
Rossemarry
Mustard:: 1/2TSP
Saladoil:: 5Gram
Onions:: 20Gram
Celery:: 5Gram
Onion Leaves:: 5Gram
Carrots:: 5Gram
Butter:: 20Gram
Lemon:: 1PST
Peterselly::
French Fries:: 150Gram

Cooking Method

1. bubui snapper fillets with salt. pepper. paprica powder. end herbs mustard salad oil and let stand for 1 hour basting pan with butter. Place cover digital telephone office. onion. and celery (mirepoix) store the fish on top
2. preheat the oven and place the snapper fillet. roast until cooked
3. served with lemon slice end peterselly
4.sajikan with French fries
