OEUFS MIMOSA

Materials-))

1. 6 eggs chicken (boiled)

Sauce-))
1. 3 egg yolks
2. 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
3. 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
4. 3 stalks green onion leaves. (1/2cm uncut)
5. 9 tablespoons vegetable oil
6. 2 tablespoons mustard

How to cook-))
1. boiled eggs cut in half. Set aside the egg whites bagia
2. Sauce: puree boiled egg yolk. mixed with mustard
                  pepper. stir until salt is mixed oil
3. enter the egg whites into the sauce. save in prejer
        refrigerant
4. Serve eggs mimosa
