ZALATAH

1. pineapple -) 1buah (450Gram) peeled. split 8. 1/2cm chopped
2. cucumber -) 300Gram deseeded. split 2. cut into pieces 1 / 2 cm
3. granulated sugar -) 75 Gram
4. salt -) 2 to taste
5. lemon juice -) 2 small glasses
6. tomato -) 200 gram split 4. cut into pieces 1 / 2 cm
7. tomato sauce -) 50ml
8. mint leaves -) 1 tbsp to taste

how to make

1. pineapple and cucumber mixed with sugar. salt. orange juice. let stand +15 minutes
2. add tomatoes and tomato sauce stir until blended. Serve sprinkle with mint leaves

for 8 servings
