VEGETABLE POCK Choy

1. Pock choy: 200Gram (cut and clean)
2. black fungus: 5 Gram (soaked in hot water preheat 10menit)
3. garlic: 1 seeds (crushed)
4. salt: 1 / 4 tablespoon
5. pepper: 1 / 4 teaspoon tomb
6. chicken powder: 1 tablespoon
7. oyster sauce: 1 / 2 tbsp
8. sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
9. cornstarch 1 tbsp dissolved with 5 tablespoons water

how to make a-))

1. stir-fry all the ingredients (just 1 / 2 minutes) pour the cornstarch solution
