SUKIYAKI

1. sliced beef sirloin-) 600 Gram  (thinly sliced)
2. Onion-) 200 gram (piece crosses the width of 0.5 cm)

4. Spinach-) 50 gram (pieces of 8 cm)
5. shtake mushroom-) 75 Gram (discard stems)
6. enokitake mushroom-) 100 Gram 9waste spinous)
7. Udon noodle-) 100 Gram (boiled. drain)
8. Yakidofu-) 100 Gram 9Cooking)

Sauce Ingredients -)

9. Light soy sauce -) 180 ml
10. Mirin -) 150 ml
11. Sake -) 150 ml
12. White sugar -) 50 Gram

How to make a-))
1. MAKE Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in saucepan and simmer briefly lift
2. Saute meat. and onions. onion leaves and insert the other ingredients one by one. last entered at the time of boiling sauce served lift
