ADOBO MANOK (Chicken Adobo)


1. Chicken-) 1 head of cattle within their tastes
2. Minced garlic -) 1 tsp
3. White wine / wine vinegar -) 100cc
4. Water -) 1 ½ cup
5. Grated coconut -) 100 Gram (Santen make coconut ½ cup)
6. Bay leaf -) 1 tsp crushed
7. Round pepper -) 2 tsp crushed
8. thin soy sauce -) 2 sendk eat
9. Salt -) taste
10. Vinegar -) taste

How to make a-))

 
1.Campurkan shrimp that have been in the puree with chopped meat
2. Add some garlic. Prey. Salt form round
3. Heat oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the water and bring to a boil
4. After boiling input meatball let it cook. Add salt and pepper
5. Enter the noodles that have been brewed. Serve hot
