CALZONE Salami
Materials-))
1. margarine for greasing baking sheet
Skin-))
1. 350gram high protein flour
2. 7 grams of yeast
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 ½ tsp sugar
5. 250 ml warm water
6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
Fill-))
1. tablespoons olive oil
2. 2 pieces of garlic
3. 150 grams onions
4. 150 grams tomatoes. Mince
5. 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
7. 2 tablespoons chopped pickled mentium
8. 100 grams of salami. Piece
9. 1 tablespoon salt
10. 200 grams of mozzarella cheese. Thinly sliced

1. 1 egg yolk. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of liquid milk
2. 75 grams of cheddar cheese / parmesan. Scar
